There certainly a difference between living and living well as has been highlighted in recent hearings over Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. being appointed Health Secretary. As Americans, we are living, but are we living well to our full potential with various diseases including obesity being over 45 percent of our population? That is the question!♠
Even I, after my battle with stage 2 Prostate Cancer, I developed a heighten awareness just not only in my exercises that include strength training, but my diet. After my battle with Cancer in June of 2024, I developed Neuropathy that can occur after certain cancers♠
So what is Neuropathy– It is a nerve disorder similar to sciatica that causes similar discomfort and tightness in the nerves in the back of the legs and especially the calves. Neuropathy also causes numbness in the feet that causes balance issues. Working on my farm, it can be debilitating♠
With extensive research, I have included Peanut Butter and Honey into my diet, especially my breakfast and my 2 p.m. snack. These two components has allowed me to reduced my Neuropathy symptoms and also improved my overall health and wellness with the following benefits from each♠
