During celebrities remarks for the 2020 graduation Telecast commencements, Arnold Schwarzenegger had a quote that grabbed my attention, while I was working on my tractor brush hogging. Arnold Schwarzenegger pulled a quote from a Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius about motivation that is a great motto about your mentality toward your health.
In the last couple of weeks, I covered my fitness program that has served me very well in the featured photograph. But I’m the first to point out that your fitness is only 20 percent of your capability to not only lose weight, but, more importantly, to become healthier in the process.

I produced several fitness and golf videos where I’m out in front of the camera, and having a healthy weight and, as one Doctor puts it, a nice physique. I have always followed my CASPER Fitness Program, but as I approached my mid-30’s, this became more and more difficult to use only fitness to maintain my weight. This was compounded by a deteriorating right hip that curtailed my fitness regimen. I started gaining weight, as I went from 158 lbs to 198 lbs and gained over eight inches in my waist. Even after hip replacement surgery and returning to my CASPER Fitness, I couldn’t lose the 40 pounds of extra weight that I gained.
I had to address the very thing that stood in my way of losing weight, my diet. I tried eight different diets, without having any results until I reflected back in my late 20’s when I weighed 158 lbs. I had a flexible work schedule where I worked from 7 am until 3:30 pm when I got off work and rode my bike for an hour before eating before 5 pm, then worked on building my house.
What was significant about this schedule was when I started and stopped eating my meals. I started around 9 am for breakfast during a short break then about 11:30 am, I had lunch, my favorite Pinto Beans and a salad with whole wheat rolls, then had dinner at 4:30, usually a salad and soup. I went from 178 lbs down to 158 lbs within just 6 weeks.

KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program
Since I was about to start my YouTube Video production of my golf and fitness training videos, I needed to lose approximately 30 lbs within 6 short weeks. So I started what I called my 925-Diet Plan and continued to work out, following my CASPER Fitness Program. After four (4) short weeks, I lost 25 lbs and at six (6) weeks, I lost 42 lbs. After nine (9) months, I lost a total of 52 lbs where I have remained now, going on five (5) years.
NOTE: The YouTube Video entitled The Bunt-Rap-Rip Golf Swing was shot a week after I lost 30 Lbs. the Fitness Videos were shot after I lost 52 Lbs. You want to lost the weight, use the KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program and follow my CASPER No1 & No. 2 Fitness videos. You will be pleasantly surprise at your results.
So the moral of the story is, if you’re trying to lose weight, combine a diet plan that is based on Circadian Rhythms, when your body naturally and effectively metabolizes food. This is between 9 am to 5 pm, with the peak processing of food at 2 pm.
Now you know where I came up with the nomenclature 925-MET Diet Program. The only thing I added was the criteria of a kosher diet, because it removes foods that are high in Cholesterol. The feature photograph was taken on June 07, 2020. The photograph below that is difficult for me to show was taken on November 24, 2014, during a Radio interview I gave at Springfield, Missouri Radio Station JOCK 98.7 with Ned Reynolds on my ASPEN Golf Coaching Technique.
It is difficult for my to post this photograph, but I needed to in order to show the obstacle I was facing of having to lose 52 lbs. I had to overcome my weight issue to be able to make my fitness and golf training YouTube Videos that I was able to start on schedule, within 6- weeks.
Below was a photograph my wife took of me with my KUBOTA 3940 Tractor working around my farm in July of 2015, after I lost 48 Lbs. and seven-and-a-half (7-1/2) inches in my waistline. This was just 7 short months after I started my KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program. I prefer posting this photograph post losing 48 Lbs. as the photograph above any day.
Working on my farm isn’t the only activity I enjoy, I also enjoy riding my Harley-Davidson 1300cc and flying the P-51 Mustang and the more healthier you are the more you’re able to enjoy an active lifestyle.
I started my KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program the very next week after the above photograph was taken on December 02, 2014 after I developed what I call my Weight Factor (WF) that I use to evaluate my foods that I eat. As long as I keep 90 percent of my food intake at or below the Weight Factor of 3.25, I can keep the weight off. The Weight Factor is based on five (5) components on the Nutrition Label, Please refer to the Pinto Bean Nutrition Label below:
The important approach to my KOSHER 925-MET Diet program is that it allows you to have incentives meals of food over 3.25, but under 7.00. This includes pizza and cheesecake that I can have once a week for the other 10 percent of my meals. This mean selections for two (2) meals, I can have three slices of pizza and for another meal, my cheesecake.
NOTE: Pay close attention to the Serving Size this is key to lose weight.
I have attached my Weight Factor Table below to give you some idea of what you can have below the 3.25 Weight Factor. This program really works, as I have photographic proof with the feature photograph. If you want a real Shocker, just compare a Idaho Potato with a Sweet Potato. What the Weight Factor does on these two food items is it reveals the what I call the hidden sugars, or starches that is the real culprit to your weight gain. Essentially I combined the Sugar Buster Diet with how the body metabolizes food based on Circadian Rhythms. Look at the sugar (fructose) of the Sweet Potato (7 grams) to the Idaho Potato (1 gram), but then look at the Weight Factors of these two types of Potatoes.
