Significance of Monitoring Your Blood Pressure– What Healthy Blood Pressure can Tell You about how to Improve your Health, Diet, and Fitness

One of the best health measures that anyone can do is to purchase a blood pressure monitor and take their blood pressure daily. I use my blood pressure monitor to monitor my diet to see if I need to flag any food that I need to eliminate based on how it impacts my blood pressure. I use my blood pressure readings like how I do measuring my waistline or weight to maintain my health and fitness. But having healthy blood pressure readings also helps in having healthy and younger looking skin, even if you are over the age of 60.
I was trying to incorporate more fruit into my diet especially during the summer months. I was having strawberries with low sugar yogurt as a salad after my lunch. But I found that the strawberries with acid and fructose elevated my normal blood pressure readings that are usually around 115/60. Last couple of days my blood pressure readings jumped to 129/75. I was surprised that acid in strawberries raised my readings. In my case, I might be susceptible to acid.
Heighten Blood Pressure Readings Caused me to Review my Diet
Elevation in my blood pressure caused me to look at my diet and isolate the acid in strawberries that has a pH factor of 3.3. Just to give you some reference to a pH factor of strawberries of 3.3, Apple Cider Vinegar comes in at 3.0 which is very acetic. That doesn’t mean to eliminate strawberries from your diet completely, but limit your intake of strawberries to a couple of times per week and make it a smaller portion.
I would like to stress in my case particularly, I might have an abnormal reaction to the increase amount of acid in my diet. As soon as I limited my strawberries intake to one small serving per week, instead of each day, my blood pressure returned to normal of 115/63 with a Pulse of 61, as noted in the feature photograph, above.
I keep a diary of what I have at my meals each day where I can go back a see if there was anything out of the ordinary that I ate that could have elevated my blood pressure or glucose levels. Tracking my blood pressure each night before bedtime has allowed me to first verify THE MACS PFX-25 Health & Fitness SPA Program that I been following since 28Nov2014. But that wasn’t all that I dropped, in addition to dropping weight, inches, blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol; I also dropped decades off the appearance and condition of my skin where I’m modeling with models that work for use that are in their early 20’s. Dr Diana Van-Heemst from Leiden University Medical Center said: It is hoped the results of the study will encourage people to adopt a healthy lifestyle and to regularly monitor important health parameters such as blood pressure as the study shows that these factors not only impact health, but can also affect physical appearance.
I have proved the results of this study, even at the age of 65, I have also dropped not just years off the age of my skin, but decades where I have the skin and conditioning that I had in my late 20’s and mid-30’s. So one of the best skincare procedure that you can follow is to eat a healthy diet, get regular fitness exercises including strength training, and take your blood pressure regularly to get it your readings at or just below 120/80.

THIRD– Purchase an inexpensive blood-pressure monitor and take your blood-pressure daily to evaluate your diet, lifestyle, and fitness.
FORTH– Develop a hobby that can become your second career after you retire to improve your ability of keeping active.
