This book provides coaching fundamentals and techniques to improve your golf game, your diet and fitness level by overcoming the typical obstacles, including the aging process. I’m 67 years old, I contribute to my age-defying health to my diet, fitness, and having an active lifestyle, like playing golf, flying, welding, and riding my motorcycle.

Golf, like most sports, isn’t just about developing a skill set only, but more about developing muscle memory, the correct mindset, specifically an instinctive mindset. Here’s the first mindset to develop- We DON’T Play Golf with Our Conscious Mind, with swing thoughts; instead, we play Golf with our subconscious mind based purely your instincts, or habits that we formed and developed during childhood, before age 12.

  1. Develop a Natural and Repetitive Instinctive Routine with simple tasks.
  2. Practice and perform under actual conditions that must exist in both.
  3. Rely on a high degree of: relaxation, confidence, and muscle memory.
  4. Activate the Subconscious mind by focusing, and be able to project or redirect the conscious mind, or being IN THE STRIKE ZONE.

The mindset of Golfer’s Sync-Preset Strike Zone APP is in how the practice sessions are set up, based on a batter’s box and shot clock, and the wrists allowing the golfer to develop a natural approach to their golf game. This allows the golfer to use three of their five senses to take over their golf game, (sight, feel, and sound). This allows the golfer to have a normal flow of adrenaline that hardwires their golf game directly into their subconscious mind, based on instincts and habits and no short circuiting the process.

Our adrenaline kicks in the subconscious mind when we focus. This is why you hear coaches continue to stress to their players to focus on their objective; and everything else that comes natural. But anxiety can do what occurs when you start your gas powered lawn mower by flooding it. Over-anxiety can cause adrenaline to flood the neurological system, causing panic to occur.

If your golf swing isn’t instinctive, the long hours of practice that you put into your golf game on the range or in the backyard won’t make it to the golf course with you intact. I can guarantee it! Adrenaline will show up when the golfer steps foot onto the course and kicks in your instincts. What will kick in are your natural instincts and not necessarily your practice sessions.

If you’ve ever developed mind fog, this is where the lack of not being relaxed and confident will show up in your game by not being able to rely on muscle memory to trigger your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind will plug in course condition and not your practice condition, unless your practices match course conditions. This allows adrenaline to flood your nervous system.

The following was a video that was produced from three demo videos that I did for Television Station WJTV-12, here in Jackson, Mississippi, leading up to the 2021 US Open for their Sports Zone Show: The Orange Bucket Drill.

The objective of Golfer’s Sync-Preset Strike Zone APP practice is to establish ONE key muscle memory to Sync and Preset that is instinctive about TWO (2) controlling nodules on the wrists called the Ulna Styloid Process. If you do the Sync and Preset maneuver correctly about the lead and trail Ulna Styloid Process, you will develop a golf game with consistency! Without consistency, you can’t improve your golf game, because you have nothing to build on in your golf swing. Consistence is your key to improving.

 

Below I was contacted by a Local Television Station (WJTV-12) in 2021 to demonstrate my Palmer-Pro GOLF TECH where I was hitting five consecutive 295- yard Tee Shots to within 15- feet of a HOME DEPOT Orange Bucket in one take.
