An US WINGS A-2 Leather-Bound Adventure Rendezvous in Memphis, TN
When we travel to Oxford, Mississippi, we have to make another Rendezvous in Memphis, Tennessee to one of our favorite Bar-B-Que Restaurants. We enjoy the Rendezvous Smoked Bar-B-Que Chicken, with beans and mustard vinegar slaw. Bar-B-Que chicken is our favorite dish.
Even in the South while traveling to present Inside-the-Leather THE QATSPY® Palmer Golf Technique, my signature golf swing procedure, I still maintain my Kosher 925-MET Diet that I developed in December of 2014. I managed to lose 55 pounds within nine (9) months and still enjoy eating out at our favorite restaurants. Our Leather-Bound Adventures took us to Meridian Naval Air Station, then to Tuscaloosa, Alabama for the LSU vs. Alabama Football game. What a game, to say the least!
Then the next day, I played golf with some friends on Veterans’ Day, which was a perfect day before an Arctic front moved in that night, dropping temperatures to record cold, in the low 20’s to upper teens.
The next day we headed up to Oxford, Mississippi on business meeting before heading to Memphis to visit the Memphis Belle B-17, and then ate at the Rendezvous. We had perfect weather, except for a cold snap, which our US WINGS A-2 and CWU-45 jackets came in handy, with an underlying hoodie. The combination provides the comfort and warmth, even with temperatures in the upper 30’s.
