Top 2-New Year’s Resolutions that are Made– How to Turn Your Body into Turbocharged Calorie-Burning Juggernaut to Lose Weight/Get into Shape   

The top two-New Year’s Resolutions that are made by many people in the next three days- will be to lose weight and get into better shape. While these are two of the best investments that you can make into your health and fitness, they aren’t easy to accomplish without some understanding of your metabolism and motivation. This is where I hope this article will help you to achieve your expectations to lose weight and get into better shape in the next two months. Just don’t give up on yourself or your objectives.

The PRIMER is a great way to start your quest to lose weight and get into better shape are to do the following:

PRIMER Stands for having a:

Purpose- Have a photograph taken of your present status, regardless how painful it is to do or how you currently shy away from having your photograph taken. Believe me, after you lose the weight and get into better shape this will change, you won’t shy away from photoshoots any longer.

Reason- Have a Photo Finish- Create an image of what you want to look like after you lose the weight and get into better shape. More important is why you want to look and feel better. Use an earlier photograph of yourself or use a photograph from a magazine of a person you like to have similar fitness. Just don’t limit this to losing weight but getting into better shape that includes healthier and younger looking skin. You follow the DELPHI- DIET & CAST FITNESS you will look years younger. It is based on WHAT & WHEN you eat your meals.

Incentive(s)– It is one thing to look better, but to feel better and have low healthy vitals of your Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, and Cholesterol Levels are even a better reasons. I’m 65- years old and not on any prescribed medication of any type. Any and all medication (over the counter or prescribed) has side effects, but using a holistic approach to your health and fitness allows your body to maintain itself, without side effects. A proper Diet and Fitness allows your body to do this.

 

Metrics– Using Metrics, I prefer measuring my waistline and gauging my wrists as opposed to weighing inns. Expect to lose about three-quarters-of-an-inch per week on average. Refer to my actual Waistline Chart that I kept starting November 28, 2014, below:

Make sure you measure at least twice a week. This will be your encouragement you will need to continue your health and fitness pursuit. When I started seeing my inches drop, I was driven to continue even to surpass my objective of losing down to 31.00- inches to losing instead 28.50- inches in my waistline where I’m at now 7- years later.

Wrist Gauge- Take your thumb and middle finger and grasp your opposite wrist, the tips of your thumb and middle finger should either touch or slightly overlap. This is a good gauge of your health and fitness, including your blood pressure.

Establish a Procedure– Using a diet and exercise routine to allow your body to metabolize your food based on two important principles, WHAT to and WHEN to eat. The WHAT is having meal items at or below a Health Index of 3.25. The WHEN is just as important, having your meals between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

The other important reason for WHEN to have your meals between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. is nothing ever good happens after eating pass 6 p.m. to your health and especially to the health and condition of your skin. Eating past 6 p.m. interferes with your body’s natural ability to repair and rejuvenate your skin while sleeping.

      

Results– Use your intermediated and final results as motivation to maintain your health and fitness pursuit that you have achieved. The PRIMER approach to your health and fitness is your best path toward your success. I want to help you get into better shape for yourself and your family and friends. You don’t want to be one of the statistics of working 25- odd years and not be able to enjoy you retirement.

DO NOT– Expect that all you will need to do to lose weight is to hit the gym for 40- minutes 4-or-5 times during the week. The gym workout is great for your fitness, but does little to drop inches from the waistline. You have to combine your fitness workout with a healthy diet and active lifestyle.
