I can’t stress enough the importance that nutrition plays in losing weight and maintaining a healthy waistline. Your waistline has a direct impact on your Cardiovascular health, Blood Pressure, Glucose levels, and mental Health.

But Here’s the Good News!

I have some good news for those who have tried diets that either don’t work or only have marginal and/or temporary results. Believe me, I been there more times than I would like to mention.

This Month marks five (5)-years since I started my Kosher 925-MET Diet, where I lost five (5)-inches in my waist within three (3)-months and that represents 35 pounds of weight lost. I exceeded my weight loss by losing 8.75- inches in my waistline, or 52-pounds within nine (9)-months of starting my Kosher 925-MET Diet.

The Kosher 925-MET Diet provided me an opportunity to lose 52-Lbs. within 9-Months where I went from a 37.50-inch waistline down to a 28.75-inche waistline where I now wearing 30-inch Chino Khaki Pants and my A-2 Leather Flight Jacket that I have in my Online E-Store, Just Click the Image to see my Line of products.

My goal was to achieve a 32-inch waistline, but I exceeded that by 3.25-inches, I have a 28.75-inch waistline NOW. I wear my Chino Khaki pants with a 30-inch waist. That is what I call results, shown above in my photograph with a P-51 Mustang.

How the Kosher 925-MET Diet Works and Why it works

I’m not going to bore you with the details on how I came up with the Kosher 925-MET Diet, but I will show how and tell you why I developed this Diet.
