The Introduction to my New Book
MAC– is MACro-nutrition Diet Program, that allows you to burn your food and any fat retention you might have as energy to look and feel years, and even decades younger.

The MAC (Macro-nutrition Diet approach to your health and fitness is based on developing and maintaining a healthy diet using macro-nutrition by deciphering nutrition labels, staying within your circadian rhythms, fitness, and maintaining an active lifestyle. This allows you to drop weight, inches, and years off in weeks instead of months.
The Qualitative Analytics consist of being able to read and decipher nutrition labels on food and off menus in order to maintain 80- percent of your total health. The other 20- percent consist of your fitness and maintaining an active lifestyle. Qualitative Analytics provides you the ability to read nutrition labels to drop weight, inches, and drop years off your appearance of your skin. On the cover of this book, I’m over 65 years old and still have the health and fitness that I had in my mid-30’s.
Your true test of a successful diet and fitness program ISN’T in the mirror, but your figures consisting of your blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, readings and your figure in photographs. You want those clothes you see on models in ads will look on you at home. There isn’t a more critical critique of your health and fitness than your annual physicals and photographs. I’m all too aware of both based on my physicals and photographs modeling our aviation sports apparel that I do over the age of 65.
Below are my recent physical exam figures that I had on August 30th, 2023 over the age of 65 without being on any prescribe medication:
Blood pressure- 115/61
Blood Glucose- 109 (Non Fasting)
Total Cholesterol- 158
Waistline- 28.50″
Weight- 148 Lbs.
BMI- 18.75 Probably one of the most critical critiques a person can have of their health and fitness besides their physical examination results and photographs is an AB Challenge. Especially an AB Challenge taken over the age of 65 that we did on August 12th, 2023 in our hangar after a photoshoot we did for our fall aviation sports collection, shown below:
My Extraordinary Results of THE QATSPY MAC Health & Fitness Program
My challenge that I was facing was THIS- I was 57- years old in September of 2014 and wanted to drop 45- pounds and 6- inches before June of 2015, when I was retiring after 33- years as a Grid Engineer to start my sportswear and performance business.
What I achieved, by February of 2015, at age 57 on THE QATSPY® MAC Health & Fitness Program was nothing short of extraordinary, given the conventional wisdom and the difficulties of losing weight and getting into shape especially after the age of 55. I saw results in 12- weeks, not over the six months period that I had expected to have.
I wanted to drop my weight, waistline, blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol numbers to get into better shape at age 57 before I retired. What I thought that would take 6- months only took 12- weeks to achieve. But I dropped something even more impressive, I dropped 3- decades off my appearance to have the condition that I had in my mid-30’s over the age of 65.
On THE QATSPY® MAC Health & Fitness Program, I went from a 37.75- inches waistline on November 28, 2014 down to 31.75- inches by February 27, 2015. Then by June 15, 2015, I dropped down to 30.25- inches in my waistline. Then by September 2015, I had a waistline of 28.50- inches, see my waistline chart below:
Here’s what is more extraordinary. Now in June of 2023, nine- year after I dropped my weight of 52- Lbs. and inches of 9.25- inches, I now have a waistline of 28.50- inches. This type of success I contribute to THE QATSPY® MAC Health & Fitness Program. I decided to describe step-by-step the QATSPY® MAC (Macro-nutrition) diet procedures based on deciphering nutrition labels, following your circadian rhythms, and following fitness training that I have in videos of my Full Body Exercise in this book to help others to achieve better health and fitness.
