THE ASCOT DIET Achieving Health and Fitness- Use Your Metabolism to Help You Achieve Better Health and Fitness Results in Weeks not Months

If you are getting ready for the New Year and one of your New Year Resolution(s) is to improve your health and fitness, which is the number one New Year Resolution. I have some help for you to allow you to turn your body into a calorie-burning juggernaut and be able to see results in weeks not months.

The reason that most people give up on their New Year Resolution by the middle-to-late February is the lack of results for the hard work that is put in at the table and gym. The ASCOT DIET is convenient, easy to follow, and provides results. You can eat the food from your grocery store or even from your favorite restaurant just by using simple information on the Nutrition Label.

The ASCOT DIET is based on how Nutrition Labels can be used to be able to eat a diet that is high fiber and high protein but low in sugar and what is even worse, the hidden sugars, or starches. This ASCOT DIET is so successful that I lost 35 pounds and 4.75- inches in my waistline during the month of December in 2014. If you were going to start a diet to lose weight, the month of December wouldn’t be the month most people would start a diet and still see results.

The ASCOT DIET not only allows you to drop pounds and inches it also allows you to drop your numbers. Not only did I lose a total of 52- pounds and over 8- inches in my waistline over nine months, I lowered my blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol numbers, as well. At age 63, I have a blood pressure reading of 112/62 with a pulse of 67 and I’m not on any medication of any kind.

There is one more impressive benefit to the ASCOT DIET and that is from the high fiber and high protein diet and that is healthier skin. The high fiber and protein promotes collagen with anti inflammatory benefits for healthier skin. In the feature photograph and one in my GYM, below, I’m 63 years old.
