I own and operate a sports performance training and apparel business where one of my function is modeling our sports apparel that include the A-2 and G-1 Leather Flight Jackets even at age 67. I’m do most of the photoshoot; but occasionally, I model with young ladies in their mid-20’s to their mid-30’s, as noted below on October 08th, 2024.

Modeling requires me to follow a special diet with Cardio-Aerobic-Strength-Training Exercise Regimen (CASTER) to maintain my fitness with an age-defying appearance that is needed for my line of business. But my real secret conditioning technique is ice baths, that I refer to as Cryo Icing, or Ice Plunges, as shown above in the featured image.

 

Those Great Fall Fashion that you See

If you want those great fall fashions that you see in stores on mannequins or models in those catalogs, like L.L. Beans catalogs, and look just as great on you when you put them on at home; than diet, fitness, and conditioning is your ticket.

This CASTER Fitness and ice conditioning is an age-defying process that takes your fitness along with a special diet to develop an age-defying results. But, again my Cryo Icing for toning and conditioning is your turbocharger technique. Cryo Icing is using water temperature between 50-60 degrees Fahrenheit, to not exceed 15- minutes treatment periods, post workouts.

NOTE: If you’re just starting Cryo Icing, you will need to start with just a slightly elevated cold tap water temp, like 65 degrees Fahrenheit or warmer at first for shorter duration until you get acclimated to Cryo Icing at lower temperatures, DO NOT exceed temperatures below 50 degree Fahrenheit for more than 15 minutes.

  

Athletes Use of Cryo Icing

You see advertisements where athletes are using Cryo Icing after a game, practice, or after a workout in a tank of ice and water. Cryo Icing relieves soreness and stiff muscles and joints to speed up recovery time. Even MLB pitchers uses the icing process on their pitching shoulder and elbow after an outing.

Ten (10) years ago, I started using Cryo Icing treatment since I was reaching my mid-50’s for the same reasons, for recovery therapy, as pitchers do. But I found two other benefits from using Cryo Icing besides recovery; I was actually firming and toning up my: (1) abdominal area and (2) my skin.

NOT ONLY did I eliminate my stubborn belly fat even at the age of 57 when I started, but I achieved something even more amazing. I also dropped about 30- years off the age of my skin and tightened up and toned my body and facial muscles and skin. I submerge my face 3 times for as long as I can hold my breath, before getting out of the ice bath. My strength training is essential, but my Cryo Icing conditioning actually turbocharged my results allowing me to tone up my body and face to where I could model with my young female models.

The Cryo Icing photograph that was taken in my whirlpool bath in my gym I use after my daily workouts. You can look decades younger, because although our age isn’t an option, but how we age is certainly an option that we control, based on a special diet, proper exercise, and Cryo Icing conditioning. This icing process has allowed me to do an AB pose with my young model after a photoshoot, shown below, shot on Tuesday, October 08th, 2024 in our hangar.

We were doing a second addition to our Fall Sporty Tiger Aviation Apparel & Gear Collection, above. But after our photoshoot, I did an AB Challenge, probably the most demanding photograph a person in their mid-60’s could do. It takes my special diet and CASTER Fitness to even consider attempting this type of photograph and turn around and post it on my website and social media network.
