CASPER Fitness Part 2- Tubing Exercise Resistance training works the entire body with elastic tubing for muscle toning/Flexing. Toning/Flexing improves mental health, self-esteem, and reduces stress levels/injuries.
Muscle Toning consists of exercises that force a group of muscles to move in a full range of motion, with resistances placed on the muscles. Toning and flexing improve mental health and self-esteem, while reducing stress levels and injuries from daily activities. One key factor of our health is remaining active, even well into our 80’s and 90’s. You can’t stop moving and expect to remain active and healthy.
Toning with flexing exercises is essential for muscle endurance that will allow a person to keep engaging in activities they enjoy even when they reach retirement. One key sport that I like to engage in at age 62 is golf, which happens to be my profession of coaching golf and getting people involved in this fascinating game. Golf is an excellent athletic activity for Homeschool curriculum, especially since schools aren’t in session at the present time. Golf also does something much more important; it gives a person a purpose to exercise.
If you have a purpose to exercise, you will come more near to maintaining your exercise regimen. I depend on my exercise regimen to play golf and work on my farm, which is essential. Being active and having an exercise regimen that includes tubing also has another benefit, Anti-aging. In the two (2) photographs above I’m 62 years old. I exercise five (5) times per week for 1 hour and 15- minutes.
