New YouTube CASPER 2 Exercise + KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program for a total fitness program that can be set up in your Home or Home Gym. Fitness usually receives the lion’s share of the attention in health programs in efforts to lose weight. But the fact is that fitness only accounts for 20 percent of your efforts to lose the weight. The other 80 percent is Nutrition.
I can actually save you a lot of time and sweat in the efforts to lose your weight, even over the age of 50. I was actually 56 when I started my KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program, just a day after Thanksgiving in 2014. By the end of January of 2015, I lost 32- pounds. That was 2 short months, right in the middle of the holiday season to lose weight. In February, I was scheduled to do my golf training YouTube Video series. I needed to lose 30- pounds to appear fit in my videos below:

By the time I started my YouTube Video series, I had exceeded my goal by 4- pounds. With the upcoming summer months, I’ve continued my KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program since November in 2014 and my CASPER Exercise Program since I was 12 years old. I lost a total of 52- pounds by September of 2105.
Without the KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program that includes the Weight Factor (WF), I wouldn’t have achieved my goal and actually exceeded my goal by 16- pounds. I have attached the CASPER Exercise (1 and 2) YouTube Videos below, plus my KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program to provide those who need a total fitness program to achieve their health.
The Weight Factor using the Nutrition Data:
The Weight Factor= Calories/ (Carbohydrates + Fiber + Sugar + Protein)
You can actually use the Weight Factor at your favorite Restaurant just by using your I-Phone and looking at the Restaurant’s Nutrition data. Once you develop a Weight Factor Table you know what you can and can’t eat.
You want to be in good health when you are eligible to retire and actually be able to enjoy your retirement. There’s no reason to spend years doing what you have to do in order to reach retirement and not be able to do what you want to do. That is a great incentive for you to lose weight and be fit.
