A DIET to Drop Weight, Inches, and Years– Next to Having Flat Abs, Reducing the Effects of the Aging Process on the Skin and Fitness is Next  

The two popular health and fitness goals are proven in New Year’s Resolutions that we make at the end of each year of losing weight and get into better shape. These are the top TWO New Year’s Resolutions made. We start out by following the current trending diets and join gyms at the first of the year and work hard on our Resolutions. But one obstacle that always stands in our way, is the lack of seeing and feeling results. This IS NOT your fault.

There is nothing more discouraging and frustrating than sweating it out 3-to-5 days a week in the gym, training and dieting where you are putting in the effort without seeing results. You feel like you have failed and there is no avenue for you to lose the weight, tone-up and get into better shape after 3-to-4 months of putting in sincere effort. Whether you measure your weight on scales or measure your waistline with a tape measure, as I do, after 3-to-4 months you expect to see results in your New Year’s Resolutions. You are expecting more that one-or-two inches drop in your waistline and dropping more than 5-to-10 pounds.

Before my hip surgery in October of 2014, I gained over 45 pounds of weight and over 5-inches in my waistline over a two year period up to my surgery at age 56. No doubt I had odds stacked against me losing weight and getting into shape being in my mid 50’s. Rehabbing during November of that same year (2014), I developed what I considered an effective diet, health, and fitness program to start in December. I used my background in Chemical Engineering and Ergonomics to develop The DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS System.

The DELPHI DIET & FITNESS System

The DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS that I started on November 28th, 2014 gave me the opportunity to get into the best shape of my life in my mid 50’s. I had an incentive to do so, I was retiring in June of 2015 from a utility company to start my own sportswear and performance business to put my diet and fitness system on the market. This sportswear we carry included the authentic A-2 and G-1 Leather Flight Jackets that we supply to the U.S. Military and the Indiana Jones Leather Jacket that we supplied to the movie set.

My first step was the hardness one; to document my current situation with a waistline chart and photograph, below. As tough as this measurement and photograph documentation was, it was equally essential for establishing an idea, a purpose, and motivation. Believe me there is nothing that can incentivize you more than the hard evidence of a photograph and metrics to get you into shape. An Image and metrics are essential to you reaching your health and fitness objectives. Believe me this is tough for me to show.

This is my actual Waistline Chart that I kept during those 9- months.

The above photograph was taken on October 16, 2014 at the ESPN JOCK 96.9 FM Radio Station studio in Springfield, Missouri with Ned Reynolds, of the sports show called, Sports Reporters. Ned Reynolds was interviewing me about my golf swing technique; Where I used the baseball-type swing technique to coach golf to my students, both men and women. I was schedule to have hip surgery on October 31, 2014

Below was a video that I did for WJTV-12 Television Station for their Sports Zone Show leading up to the 2021 US Open. This was made from three 10-minute videos that I did to explain the KASPER Golf Technique that I use, notice the home plate to give my students the mental image that they are standing in a batter’s box instead on a tee box to relax them and provide them confidence:

The DELPHI DIET & FITNESS Results      

The photograph below, was taken after we did a photoshoot for our TOP GUN: MAVERICK Authentic G-1 Leather and CWU-45P Nylon Flight Jacket Collections like the ones that appeared in the movie. The camera crew challenged me to an AB Challenge after our photoshoot. One of the key metrics of a diet program is flat abs. As you can see, I didn’t reach my goal of a 32- inch waistline in 20- weeks as I had planed, I reached my goal within 7.8 weeks. By January 22, 2015 I had a waistline of 32- inches. Very encouraging results.

This was photograph was taken after we did a photoshoot for our TOP GUN:MAVERICK Authentic G-1 Leather and the CWU-45P Nylon Flight Jackets that we have in our Online Store.

But as you can tell from my Waistline Chart, that wasn’t where I stopped, by June 2015 when I started my golf and fitness training videos and modeling our sportswear, I had a 30.875- inch waistline that provided me with a better photoshoots. Dropping weight is one thing; but dropping years off the appearance of your skin’s age is a totally different level of success. The DELPHI DIET is based on two simple concepts- WHEN I ate, and second, WHAT I ate based on the HI (Health Index) Factor using Nutrition Labels to select foods to turn my body into a Turbocharged-Calorie-burning Juggernaut.

The age-defying results that I achieved came from two sources, WHAT foods that I ate that are high in Protein, Fiber, and Omega-3 compounds. The WHEN was based on eating before 6 p.m. John Tesh even had a special on his radio show, Intelligence for Your Life, on May 12th, 2022 proving why this was the case for me. Eating before 6 p.m. gives your body the time needed to use collagen to repair, restore, and rejuvenate your skin. This was key to my ageless results that I experienced along with my fitness program working out in my gym, shown below.

Boxing bag workout is one of my best full-body work out element that I enjoy doing. This is all the equipment that I use along with a exercise bike not shown. I’m 64 in this photograph.

One key to an effective workout program is getting your heart rate up to your Target Heart Rate (THR) for at least 15- minutes. The problem some people have in gaining the results they expect from their workouts is NOT reaching their THR. I have three components in my workout program- Yoga, Cardio-Aerobic, and Strength Training. Usually you don’t reach your THR with Yoga or Strength Training, but don’t skip these. You usually reach you THR during your cardio-aerobic session of your workout.

I’m shown here on my INDIAN SCOUT BOBBER 60 that I ride now in addition to flying that I still do on occasions. I used to fly over 500- hours a year when I worked for Entergy, a Transmission Line Company.

 

I reached a waistline of 28.50- inches where I’m at now going on seven (7) years since exceeding my original goal in June of 2015. Below is a photoshoot that I did with one of our young models featuring both TOP GUN: MAVERICK Flight Jackets and caps that we carry in our Online Store, THE QATSPY. In this photograph, I’m 64 years old, soon to be 65 in July. Both Tom Cruise and I share a birthday in July. The name tape of ‘KASPER’ is my call sign. I used it for my Golf Swing Coaching Technique, as well.

I wrote two books, one covering my KASPER GOLF & FITNESS COACH TECH, that Ned Reynolds interviewed me back in October of 2014; and the other is a 35 page book covering THE DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS System that I have gain significant results from losing the weight, inches, and years off the appearance of my skin.  

I have a motto about The DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS System- If your diet and fitness system provides you the results that I have achieved, you better stick with your diet and fitness system.
