But you might be a little hesitant, due to not feeling that you look your best. Confidence is a major part of you feeling and looking good. If you have confidence, you look and feel better about yourself.

Both your fitness and diet are major components, not only for how you looking and feeling great, but more importantly for your health. The CASPER Fitness is a great way to get into shape, especially to tone the abs, gluts, and quad muscles that are showcase areas. Fitness is only 20 percent of your total health and fitness, and the other 80 percent of getting yourself into shape for the summer is linked with your diet. If you combine both the CASPER Fitness program with the KOSHER 925-MET Diet, you will have an effective fitness plan to achieve your objective, even by start of the 4th of July.

In the featured image, I’m 62 years old, soon to be 63, and follow both my CASPER Fitness Program and my KOSHER 925-MET Diet Plan, which is not only effective, but easy to follow. The only real adjustment that you will have to get used to is eating your meals between 9 AM and 5 PM and applying the Weight Factor from Nutrition Labels, shown above, to your foods on your diet. This Weight Factor can be applied even to food you select at restaurant by using your I-Phone and link in with their website and refer to their nutrition information. But these two programs are FREE of charge until July 31, 2020 for people having to have restrictive schedules for now.

NOTE: Instead of buying an exercise bicycle, you can power walk or jog instead and just focus on the other exercise equipment. The punching bag while is not essential, it is a great full body workout excellent for building stamina and endurance especially for people over 45 years old.

The CASPER Fitness Program No. 2 that includes tubing has several benefits listed below. Tubing is a great fitness program for elderly people that can be done in the convenience of a personal home or apartment. If you got a door, you have all you need in addition to some light weight tubing between 5 – 10 pounds would be all I would recommend.

I would highly recommend people over the age of 65 get some light weight tubing and work on some or all of the elements in my CASPER Fitness Program No. 2 especially the Pilates for core and balance. As we get older balance is so essential. I use to be the head of the Fall Protection Team at a Utility where I worked, falls is the most preventable accident if procedures are follow.
